The customer chooses the bike type, date and rental duration. The booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. A deposit of 50% of the rental price is paid online by card, through the secure Viva platform. The balance is paid at the shop when the bike is collected.
Bikes are collected and returned at the shop, during the opening hours shown on the website. There is no delivery.
At pick-up, the customer shows a valid ID document. The rental company keeps no copy of it.
A security deposit is requested at pick-up, at the shop, by card or in cash:
• €250 for electric bikes (electric bike, electric MTB/VTC);
• €40 for all other bikes.
The deposit is returned when the bike is brought back in good condition and on time. In case of delay or damage, all or part of the deposit is kept.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the rental: the deposit is refunded to the payment method used. After this period, the deposit is kept by the rental company. The same applies if the customer does not show up.
Bike rentals for a specific date or period do not give rise to the 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
The customer uses the bike with due care, in compliance with the road traffic rules and the safety instructions given at pick-up. The customer is responsible for the bike for the whole rental period.

Data collected for the booking is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the website.
